My Expert Service

The best medicine is food.

My goal with you as a Client is as follows:

1. I will not diagnose you, but I can give you information (from a nutritional point of view) that would be helpful, in arming yourself, when visiting your doctor. Being a well-informed patient goes a long way in treating your health problems. You know what questions to ask your doctor and suggestions to make, or even tests to request.
2. Use the knowledge and diagnosis obtained from your physician, plus the symptoms experienced to find the underlying deficiency.
3. Tailor your diet and supplements (i.e., vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids) according to your needs and condition.
4. Provide you with suggested dosage of supplement to take.
5. Help those who are on prescription drugs and suffering from side effects due to vitamin or mineral depletions.

My recipe for good health, disease prevention, prevention of worsened health, and getting well is not a quick fix. If you are seeking a quick fix, please look elsewhere (e.g., conventional medicine), for I will not provide with you with such. You must have the patience and determination. You must learn to be in tune with your body, No one knows your body better than you do--not even a licensed physician

The Power of Nature AND Our Control of Our Health

Healthy eating and supplementation where necessary shall be able to restore your health, and the rest, such as weight loss, are byproducts. Your eating habits and the nutrients abundant or lacking thereof in your diet control your cravings. Do not underestimate the power of Nature. Nature is smarter than we give her credit, and we often forget that we are a part of Nature. We are a part of a complex system. I think it is fair to analogize our health to a piece of art. Human beings are given food as ingredients and tools to create our versions of pieces of arts. The mistake is not on the end of Nature, but on our end due to failure to understand ourselves by understanding our bodies. We are our own creations. Food is an essential player in our health. I do not think that human beings would be hungry if food were not essential to our health; nor would we have certain appetites if anything goes.

Foods, Nutrients, the Role of Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids and Essential Fatty Acids - Toxicity

They can be just as well harmful as they are helpful. Many are familiar with vitamin A toxicity or iron overload, for example. The same is true about most other vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Their responses in excesses are different but harmful nonetheless. Too much of one leads to depletion of another. They are all chemicals and they interact with each other. They also interact with prescription drugs. Side effects associated with prescription drugs are due to depletion of vitamins and minerals in your body.

Role of Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids and Essential Fatty Acids - Deficiency

That is why it is important to understand your body. Understanding your body is NOT just taking supplements. By understanding your body, you tailor your diet according to your body’s needs, and you supplement when needed. You also know what is a reasonable dosage to take when depleted of a vitamin, mineral, or an essential fatty acid. Part of the reasons that scientific studies have sometimes failed to show the effectiveness of vitamins and minerals is disregard toward the dosage given to the subjects and indiscriminate use of the vitamins and minerals. You do not have to wait for clinical deficiency as conventional medicine does before realizing your health issue. Clinical deficiencies are the late stages of vitamin or mineral deprivation after a long period. Your ultimate goal is for a balance in your life, and that includes a balance in your health through nutrition.

Experience & Qualifications

Over 4 years experience in nutrition, vitamins and minerals. I have been able to assist people in recovery from some illnesses that conventional medicine couldn't do much for, and to help others in recovery that would have cost them an arm and a leg if they were to consult with conventional medicine.

I can say from experience that you are what you eat. With strong analytical skills, experience, extensive research and an inquisitive mind, I have learned a whole lot about the role of nutrition in diseases and healthy living. Everything, both simple and complicated diseases, from acne, psoriasis, rosacea, the common cold, adrenal insufficiency, kidney stones, diabetes, epilepsy, catamenial epilepsy, seizures, migraine headache, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), depression, Alzheimers, Parkinson's, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, your vision, cataract, glaucoma, night blindness, you name it are related to nutrition. It's hard to believe, but it's true. The good thing is that you get to experience this yourself . . . to test the hypothesis. You Are What You Eat AND What Your Mother Ate When She Was Pregnant of You

The common saying, albeit not often pondered, is very true: You are what you eat, AND what your mother ate when she was pregnant of you. Nutrition controls even your gene expression. Scientific studies have supported these premises. Although you cannot control the latter, you can control the former. And that is what I'm here to help you with. I'm here to help those who are determined to get well AND stay healthy, particularly through understanding of the role of nutrition and what they supply your body with: vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids.

Knowledgeable about nutritional elements; lacks knowledge about psychological factors of eating and ways to make required diet items tasty and palatable. Also doesn't deal with optimal times of day to consume food items. Does do a lot of work for the money paid.
