I specialize in helping people take responsibility for their health and focus on them returning to a state of balance. Creating a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, but I believe that by addressing the underlying cause of dis-ease and assisting each person as a whole person - body, mind, spirit and emotions, we are able to work as a team for change. The therapies I provide are natural and non-toxic, including nutrition, botanical, homeopathic, mind-body, biofeedback and chinese medicine. I also provide wellness coaching and spiritual counseling about matters affecting one's health and life. Many people worry about how to eat well and stay healthy during these times. Especially for children. I believe it can be done.
If you have issues with acute or chronic dis-ease or need advice on addressing nutrition/dietary concerns, fatigue, stress, obesity, allergies, digestion issues, sleep disorders, mental/emotional issues, energetic balancing or just need guidance in the area of natural healing, I can help. I provide advice about all your health concerns, detoxifying and supplements. I also give workshops and speak at engagements across the country.
