I had been a smoker for 13 years and smoked smoking more than 13 years ago.
My proprietary method is termed iFREE (TM) and is designed to help a smoker quit smoking using neuro-linguistic programming and other adjunct methods.
iFREE (TM) is a holistic system that views all relevant aspects of the smoker, including, weight, sleep, intimacy and mental state as all these are affected by smoking and have to tackled in order to stop smoking successfully and permanently.

22 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Worked in the sales and marketing field with Astra Pharmaceuticals dealing antihypertensives, antibiotics, anti-anginals, gastrointestinals, pain management and anti-smoking for 9 years.
Worked with Novartis within the antihypertensive and anti-cholesterol fields.
Worked with sanofi pasteur in the vaccines field for 9 years.
I have the experience in communicating with health care providers and patients, so I am able to explain things in simple language.
