I have professional training/degree in psychology - BS-MS (1999); I have worked as a certified psychotherapist since 1996 in South America, as a MFT (marriage and family therapist) in California, and as a mental health therapist in Arizona and Nevada since January 2002. My most recent degree is a MA in Integral-Transpersonal psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

Orthodox medicine and health practices become too disable and limited when disregarding this interconnectedness and interdependency between body and soul, psyche and health. Here is where ancient healing practices and the perennial philosophy´s wisdom could play a unique role complementing the work orthodox medicine does.
From relaxation to meditation and energy practices, we all can and need to take good care of not just our physical bodies but of our psyche and soul. Most health conditions are physiological, and that means they have a deep dependency on the way our mood and mind work. Thus it would be useless to expect to take good care of the body and heal without taking into account mind and soul too.
I have extensive training and expertise on transpersonal and holistic healing practices and it is my approach to support you finding the best ways to work on this integration, inside yourself and with your external reality. Whether you call it energy or spirit, i can support you on awakening it and developing its resources in objective and healthy ways.

Experience & Qualifications

My work experience was gained working on outpatient mental health clinics, non-profit agencies, inpatient clinics and through my private practice.
I did extensive research in hypnotherapy since the beginning of the 90s. I have worked as a hypnotherapist in my private practice since 1996. I was also trained and certified as a hypnotherapist in CA in 2003.
