For those new to these modalities, Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is a practice by which Divine Life Force Energy, which can be described as Divine Love flows through the Reiki practitioner and into the client. This Energy Nourishes and Supports All Dimensions of a Person's Being, Harmonizing and Balancing All aspects of a person's World, and knows exactly what to do! For the client, Allowance of the Healing Energy is all they need to do - just relax and be open to receive.
Reiki is wonderful for any range of dis-ease, from the lingering icky feelings of day-to-day stress to colds, flus, IBS, Fibromyalgia, cancer - you name it.
Though I have been using Reiki and sending energy long distance for quite a few years, my first truly powerful experience with long distance healing came through several months ago, when my sister called me in tears. Her back had been hurting her for a very long time and it was getting too much for her. I gently guided her into a healing trance and we worked together to soften the pain and get to the root of the issue. From there, the energy potentized and the Healing really began! The healing energy was so intense (I was at a coffee shop!) that the people around me began to stretch, massage their bodies, and engage into conversation about consciousness and energy healing! Today, she is pain free and living her life to the fullest!
It is important to note that though the Healing Energy may be Intense at times, it is very gentle and can only work for the Highest Good.
