I contacted expert in regards to trouble awaking from sleep. He waited until after hire to waste time via asking age, gender, occupation, etc... Then he ventured into my meal habits. I interrupted saying I do not do caffeine/alcohol/drugs and have been under supervision of a dietician. Instead of asking how long etcetera he told me I should have stuck to the eating habits. Unless the client is completely incompetent (unable to do a basic search or seek outside help) this expert is a waste of time. I could have wasted my money and been told the foods that affect sleep (spicy foods, salt, preservatives, carbs, fats, etc…) and mealtimes (Not right after, not hungry 4 hours) could be part of them problem. ****BOTTOM LINE****My question before hire was “Have you ever heard of someone who is unable to wake from sleep despite alarm clocks (3) and friends waking them?” He could have said yes it was a dietary problem and we MAY have continued. Not wasted time with things I already knew!!!!
