Lynda gave me all the information I needed to get a claim paid and to get an overpayment refunded. Because of her guidance I now have several hundred more dollars in my pocket. Very helpful and responsive. Highest recommendation.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. The medical office threatened me with collections if I didn't pay in full immediately so I did even though I was fully insured. The insurance company then also paid the medical office in full. Nurse Lynda gave me the confidence to go back to the medical office and request a refund for the amount I had overpaid because the medical office certainly wasn't calling and saying that they had been paid twice. I got back several hundred dollars.
