Whether it be food, drink, diet or nutrition, I am your woman. I have studied food, cultures and food history since childhood, been a food column writer with a concentration on ethnic cuisines and tasted nearly everything wherever I have gone.
As I grew I continued to study, became a nurse, attended medical school and kept right on combining two of my passions; food and writing.

Experience & Qualifications

I have spent 40 years immersed in everything food, and drink. I have written a regular food column, when I lived in Morocco and had several websites under the name of Hajar I have lived in seven countries on four continents. In these places I took the opportunity to continue to study with a focus on food and social work.
