Seemed like he/she could be helpful. Diet Guru is not very familiar with a Vegan diet, but that's not a problem, and I was looking forward to trying DG's suggestions. However, DG recommended some products claiming they had no animal ingredients and would be perfectly suitable for me. They turned out to not be suitable for a vegan at all. I went ahead and did some legwork on my own and found a couple of similar, Vegan-friendly products. When I emailed to simply ask if the products would be an effective substitution, since the ones recommended were not vegan, DG put in a fee of $5 for the yes/no answer. Again, I'm sure Diet Guru could be helpful, but I am a bit disappointed.
