I've struggled my whole life to be the person I've wanted..Thin. At age 6, I was ordered to go on my first diet because the doctor called me fat. For the next 22 years, I've struggled with being well over 200lbs and then struggled in and out of eating disorder treatment centers at a low weight of around 75lbs. Only to come bouncing back each time conquering the odds and coming out on top each time stronger. I am currently trying to get my nursing degree in psychiatrics, but not quite there. I am very knowledgable about nutrition, diet, exercise, and eating disorders sans the degree. It's life experience that I have. I'm not here to offer advice on how to lose weight or become anorexic..I'm here to offer guidance, support, and hope to those who suffer, have questions or for families who are dealing with love ones with either binge eating or anorexia..as I've lived through both. I'm not cured, but I'm in stable recovery and can give you my personal best advice from real life experience.
