After working for 20 years in Division 1 College Athletics, I acquired my certification and began fitness training. At 30 years old, living a healthy lifestyle became my passion. I really wanted to do something meaningful for someone else and I know that my knowledge through education and experience is valuable and something I can share. -I began lifting weights to get in shape , was quickly hooked and began power lifting in the gym and competed in a bench press meet! After suffering from a back injury from pulling heavy weight, I switched training styles. I loved being strong, but what I really wanted was a killer body...
