My Expert Service

NOT a substitute for medicine, but an adjunct. In other words, don't use my methods instead of what your physician tells you to do. But rather, for many diseases, if you use these techniques ALONG WITH your traditional medical treatment, you can often get better faster and stay better longer.
I have also helped hundreds of people get rid of pain, no matter what the cause. As the previous Chief Psychologist on a Chronic Pain Management Program, I helped people get rid of chronic pain. As the only psychologist consulting to 425 beds of a medical center, I also helped patients suffering from acute pain get rid of their pain. So if you need help controlling or eliminating your pain, come chat with me about it.
"I sent her so many patients for pain, relationships and so many other problems. Not only did she heal everyone very quickly, they all liked her besides! We had no failures. What more can you ask for? She is simply the BEST!"
--Dr. M. Sundaresan, Neurologist
Healthy medicine isn't just cut and paste, swallow some pills – or at least it shouldn't be. To stay well and live your best life, it's important to use your mind and thoughts to help your body heal. The mind-body connection is very important. All things being equal, if you use your mind, you can help your body heal faster and stay well longer. Wellness is not just the absence of illness, but a way of using your mind to balance and control your body.
With psycho-immunization, you can use your mind to control your body -- to make it well and keep it well.

Experience & Qualifications
|
Following internship, I was the only Medical Psychologist employed by a busy medical center. I consulted on difficult cases all over the center. When I was ready to return to Chicago, a group of the most prestigious physicians in town came and asked me to stay. They told me that they had never met anyone else who had made as much sense and helped their patients as much as I did. So I stayed for another 3 years to give them a hand.
The patients who developed the strangest symptoms of all were people who held all their feelings in and didn't talk about them to anyone. Although most would develop one particular symptom under stress, one very intelligent woman varied her "diseased" system. Some days, she had headaches. Other days, she had symptoms of a bladder infection. Other days, her digestive system kicked up.
For example, one day she said, "Today my arm went numb."
So I said, "Hmm, that's very interesting. What else happened today?"
"I had a fight with my boyfriend."
"OK, let's talk about that."
People can develop symptoms from any "physical" disease that they have either had or have seen someone have -- when they are under emotional stress.
Psychophysiological symptoms, psychosomatic disorders, any disease that is either caused by stress or made worse by stress -- (and isn't that most of them?) -- can all be helped if you train your mind to do it.

Dr Kate goes above and beyond the call of duty, she genuinely cares and this is so clear from the way she communicates with you. Thanks to this amazing woman, I am about to embark on the trip of a lifetime and she is guiding me through it step by step to make the journey exciting rather than daunting. Dr Kate is slowly helping to rebuild me, she is like my glue right now, holding everything together until I am strong enough to stand without a crutch. I am consistently overwhelmed by the response I get from Dr Kate, she is not human, more like a supernatural being, an angel!
I am so grateful that I found Dr Kate, I only wish I had know her years back because then I don't think anything would have seemed so bad. She is my comforter and my sounding board, I trust her implicitly. THANK YOU, DR KATE!
