Experience & Qualifications

Worked on psychiatric genetic epidemiology research project investigating the etiology of numerous mental health and substance abuse disorders. Methodology used was twin studies. By statistical comparison of large numbers of monozygotic twins versus dizygotic twins, probability determinations can be made as to whether genetic or environmental factors are most responsible for the development of mental health and substance abuse disorders. Worked as an interviewer in face to face meeting, structure psychiatric interviews by telephone, editor of other research associates work for quality assurance purposes and as coder to allow narratives to be numerically data entered into computer system.
