My specialty is working with adolescents so hopefully my experience and expertise can help guide you. Sometimes it helps to seek an unbiased opinion. I've counseled adults, adolescents, and children in both one-on-one sessions and groups. Topics include: relationships, depression, time management, economic issues, job stresses, self-esteem, abuse, identity, and communication. I was a counselor for adolescents at a high school where I also also facilitated a teen identity group.
