Dr. Gupta's approach to medicine focuses on regular preventive care as well as integrating physical fitness into the health care environment. He teaches evidence-based medicine and provides patient care based on latest and up-to-date evidence.
Dr Gupta is also an expert in obesity and weight loss. He runs a medical weight loss program in Southern New Jersey and counsels patient on nutrition, exercise, behavioral modification tips and obesity & weight management. He also sees patient for all other medical conditions.

Dr. Gupta received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1995. He graduated magna cum laude. He also received his Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering in 1996. He graduated medical school in 2000.
