I can get your self esteem back up as well. Anger can become part of our everyday life. After our anger outburst we may feel worse when the anger has passed. I can and will help you overcome the problems of allowing stress and anger overtake you.Additionally, I can help the VICTIMS of domestic violence. I can help with safety,how to prepare to leave. Thus, helping your relatioships. I have worked in domestic violence, physical, sexual, mental, and verbal abuse. Rather your needing and seeking out someone to talk to, or share your inner feelings I am here for you.
It is time to clean out that closet and have a free soul with learning how to communicate and talk when you need to. This is an important part of helping yourself to get better.
