I am a mother of a son who has been diagnosed with ADD. I refuse to medicate him; instead we have found relaxation and focusing techniques. He is doing very well in school.
I am currently completing my internship as a counselor and have counseled clients with ADD and ADHD as well as families, and clients with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
