For the past six years I have worked for a non profit agency working as a counselor/supervisor to the teenage population. I enjoy talking to people of all ages and I really want to help. I will help figure out ways to decrease your depression and anxiety. I am always researching new ways to help people feel better with their all around mental health. I can also help you with research. I have many resources at my home where I can do research to help you feel better.
