I have over 20 years as a trained professional mental health counselor working with families, individuals, groups and couples to promote optimal mental health and well-being. I use brief solution talking therapy which focuses on what you would like to achieve through therapy rather than on the problem(s) that caused you to seek help. Through the brief therapy approach, I want to encourage my clients to focus not on the past, but instead, focus on the present and future.
