I am a Clinical Therapist, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and Master of Arts in Counseling & Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School. I am an interactive therapist. I believe that this interactive approach is crucial to creating a partnership with the client and is necessary for the development of goals, healthy boundaries, and empowerment of the client for change. Directly communicating client strengths and modeling new behavior offers the client the opportunity to achieve milestones leading to increased self-esteem and more satisfying relationships. I believe that understanding one's challenges and roadblocks open the door to new attitudes as well as interest in changing our behaviors.
