I can help you and counsel you. I am also familiar with psychiatric medications and their side affects.
I also have been active with couples counseling and am trained in divorce mediation. My approach with mediation is to first work toward achieving reconciliation. If that is not possible, if their are children involved, I strive to look out for the best interests of the children.
I also have had training in alternative medicines. I firmly support mindful meditation, Xi Gong and the like.
