Experienced and compassionate work to empower lives and strengthen family relationships. My understanding is that everyone wants to live a joyful life. And, often times this joy escapes us...perhaps something has happened to cause pain and suffering, or we may have patterns of thinking about who we are that are incorrect and hurting us. For others anxiety keeps us from being active in the world, causing depression and overwhelming our ability to feel empowered or make healthy choices. We need compassion, the capacity to see our struggles with kindly eyes, not anger, to help us be tender to our difficulties and not close off to them in fear. This is how healing takes place.

Consultant to teachers, parents, and school counselors for Federally funded preschool programs and schools (grades K-12)for 10 years
