I have worked helping people in need for 20 years. I have served on a children's hospital ward in New York CIty working with issues such as attempted suicide, anxiety, depression, long term illnesses, and death and dying issues. I have served as a community mental health counselor working with children, families, and adults with disorders in depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, sexual abuse, child abuse, marital problems, gay and lesbian issues, and many more DSM diagnoses. I have experience as a live in counselor at a group home for women with multiple personalities. I have also served as a school social worker and helped with issues such as family problems, incorrigible behavior, continuous disruptive behavior, school phobia, suicidal ideation, intermittent explosive disorder,childhood schizophrenia, autism, selective mutism, and a wide variety of other special education issues.

Experience & Qualifications

In addition to my formal education, I spent 2 years studying at New York University for my PhD in Human Sexuality. There, I studied extensively about human sexuality and sex education. As part of my studies, we studied abroad in Sweden and Denmark. I have not finished that degree but consider myself to be an expert in sexuality issues, especially as they pertain to fetishes, cross dressing, gender dysphoria, sex therapy, and gays and lesbians. I have also attended trainings too numerous to mention in areas of special topics such as treating depression, treating anxiety, play therapy, traumatology, attention deficit/hyperactivity/disorder, autism, and psychotropic medications.
