I have over 15 years of experience working with people who have these problems. I am an expert in hypnotherapy, substance abuse treatment, behavioral compulsions, and relapse prevention. I often work with people that have mental health problems, such as bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety. I also specialize in codependency and relationship issues.
I treat clients using a holistic approach. My therapy practice is based on Cognitive Behavioral principles from a client-centered perspective. I believe in meeting clients where they are and then helping them develop positive and healthy coping skills to make desired changes.
I am a therapist and a hypnotherapist that specializes in Weight Loss, Healthy Lifestyle changes, Phobias, and even New Age Topics. I have Saturday hours available for hypnosis and therapy sessions.
