I provides expert geriatric care management services and elder care advice to older adults and their families. Familiy caregivers, especially long-distance caregivers are supported by being able to find the community services that best meet their loved one's needs. I can provide geriatric assessments, written care plans and referral services. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers(NAPGCM) and past president of the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter NAPGCM.
