My Expert Service
|
|
Most of us face several stress factors from various events in life. These events are very challenging and tend to deflate our ego's and impact self-esteem. Many of us employ denial, minimization and rationalization to eliminate addressing these challenges. This refusal to deal with the issues often makes us handle them in negative ways causing more issues. During this time, we need to develop coping skills and assertive skills to care for the inner self, serious commitments and other situations. My approach focuses on helping you gain insight on how you react and handle situations while developing coping skills. I will be your guide and support as you take advantage of your new skills by taking care of your emotional needs. I will help you to understand and process feelings and promote positive change. You get empathy, ethical boundaries, effective listening even when your negative emotions run high. I will challenge you to utilize new skills, nurture these skills to promote a healthier self. If your serious about self development, identifying coping skills and open to learning about your stress, depression, anxiety, I would like to work with you on your challenges.
