In almost 20 years, I have worked in hospital-based intensive outpatient addictions treatment, community mental health, school-based counseling and for the last 13 years, private practice.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families with a variety of presenting problems, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse/dependence and work and school stress. I help clients to problem-solve and develop effective coping skills.
