As a practicing psychotherapist, I work not only with individuals who are seeking to enhance their lives through emotional well-being but also with those who suffer from depression, anxiety or those who are challenged by children with behavioral problems; I work with couples who are experiencing conflict or other challenges in their relationship; as well as working with victims of physical or sexual abuse and those experiencing grief and loss, etc. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior and/or Person-Centered and may include other approaches and is determinied by that which most appropriately meets the Client's therapeutic needs after an assessment of problems, examination of presenting issues.

I hold a Masters Degree. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Human Relations Specialist and a practicing psychotherapist servicing a multicultural population. I have more than 30 years of experience. I am a member of the American Counseling Association, the International Association of Marriage & Family Counselors; the American Psychological Association, the International Society of Mental Health Online(ISMHO)and an Advisory Member of the local chapter of Parents of Murdered Children
