More than 10 years as an ICU nurse has given me the experience of assisting the physician in treating a number of critical care patients, helping family with questions and as a cardiac rehab nurse case manager I have given advice to hundreds of post cardiac event or surgery patients as they rehabilitate. Also I have cared for patients as they returned home and assisted with the coordination of home health and/or hospice services.
