My Expert Service

I offer expert advice on how to safely treat symptoms of illness at home & when those symptoms warrant a visit to the doctor. Perhaps you have already been to see the doctor and have more questions? I offer explanations of illnesses & disease processes as well as disease management & prevention strategies. I can help you understand how the complex health care system operates so that you can obtain the most out of your health care experience. I can even assist you in deciding which health insurance plan best serves your needs (whether the plan is being offered by your employer or those you are considering for independent purchase). I offer a consulting service that reviews patient hospital charts if you are concerned that the care you received during their hospital or ER stay was not appropriate. All information is cheerfully provided in laymans terms that are easily understandable to those without any medical or nursing training. Satisfaction guaranteed. My 12-year (5 state) career experience includes care provided to patients of all ages in the following specialty areas: Emergency, Medical Intensive Care, Surgical Intensive Care, Trauma Intensive Care, Cardiovascular Intensive Care, Critical Care, Post Anesthesia Recovery, Home Care, & Telephone Triage.

Experience & Qualifications

I currently hold a RN license in 4 different states. My qualifications include holding certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TMS & ATNC.
