I have worked with the geriatric population for 8 years. I am currently a Registered Nurse working in a long term care setting. On a daily basis I work with Alzheimer's/dementia patients, ALS, G-tubes, IV's, PICC lines, Cancer patients, Orthotics patients (mostly hip/ankle/knee replacements), decubitus ulcers, and much more.
