I am very excited to have the oportunity to work with you in an intimate setting where you can feel comfortable talking about what matters most.
Stress can cause so many secondary problems with health, both mentally and physically. Controlling stress can be difficult at times, however, I can talk with you on how to look at what stresses are in your life. I can work with you on what to do to control the stress and improve your overall well-being.
I also offer a phone relaxation session for $10 to soothe away some of the stress. I use visual imagery to allow your whole body to release the stress that is built up within you.
I am currently working on my counseling degree and plan on graduating May 2010. My emphasis is in Sexual Therapy and Relationships. I would like to offer my knowledge to others.
I am knowledgeable in health and medicine as well after being an RN for 13 years and an EMT for 6 years.

I have worked 13 years with teens and adults with an emphasis on relationships, Stress management, STD's, drug intervention, and personal health care. I've also worked as a volunteer EMT since 2002.
