I am a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with a Masters Degree from New York University. Over the past 20 years I have worked in acute and long term care rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and school based settings. I am currently providing home care services for the adult population. I have vast experience and knowledge in the area of physical disabilities -primarily in stroke rehabilitation. Recommendations for appropriate adaptive/assistive equipment is an integral part of my profession. Prior to becoming certified as an Occupational Therapist, I was a classroom teacher for multiply handicapped children.
