I am a parenting expert who believes that the "real" experts are parents themselves. My books - Sneaky Parenting: Smart Shortcuts to Happy Families; The Baby Sleep Bible; and The Potty Training Bible - all aim to put the power of choice back in parents' hands, help them to make informed choices, and to trust their own instincts and abilities. All my books also rely on real tips, advice and comments from a range of the many hundreds of parents who have contributed.
I am also a BBC Radio parenting expert with a monthly phone-in advice slot. In addition, I am currently undertaking professional qualifications in Life Coaching and Parent and Youth Coaching.
I will not preach at you - I have two young children of my own and can give you good, honest advice and a listening ear, backed up with a wide and hands-on bank of parenting knowledge. Looking forward to hearing from you!
