The 31 Day Guide to Healthy & Happy Living (Wyndham Hall Press, 2000). Authored numerous articles for newspapers on a wide variety of health care topics. EXPERIENCE working with high school athletes seeking Division I & II scholarships, EXPERIENCE working with collegiate athletes trying to excel or maintain their scholarships, EXPERIENCE working with professional athletes trying to maintain pinnacle performances. Whether you are making game day mistakes or trying to maximize your game day performance, I can help! Athletes I have worked with are performing at all level of play throughout the country.
