I have 18 years of experience. 5 of which was spent in clinical settings and the remainder has been with various sports performance and rehab companies companies training athletes and teams of all sports.
I am nationally certified through the NSCA(National Strength & Conditioning Association) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
