A doula is a childbirth professional who understands the natural process of having a baby. I have a wealth of information that I'd love to share with those who have questions regarding the wide spectrum of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I can also offer advise and help with breastfeeding.

Experience & Qualifications

I have over 5 years of experience as a doula and childbirth educator. I have given birth to 4 singletons and a pair of twins. I have helped over 30 women as a labor doula and have taught hundreds at local and private childbirth education classes. I have a combined total of 6 years personal experience breastfeeding and pumping.
