First Step Nutrition offers nutrition advice from a Registered Dietitian specializing in prenatal, postnatal, infant and toddler nutrition.
Common concerns that can be addressed include
- Pregnancy: eating for pregnancy, pregnancy weight gain (too much, or too little),
Postpartum: eating for breastfeeding, postpartum weight loss
Infants: starting solids, allergies
Toddlers: allergies, picky eating
Other nutrition concerns can also be discussed upon request.
