After working for 20 years in Division 1 College Athletics, I acquired my certification and began fitness training. I have 3 children, the 1st born by C-Section and the 2nd and 3rd born naturally (no drugs!). Continuing my exercise program throughout my pregnancy enabled me to maintain my energy level and stay happy and healthy during and after pregnancy - AND to have 3 healthy babies!
