I have worked in this field for many years and the nice thing is I can help more than the average doula because of all my specialties. In addition to my work as a postpartum doula I also give nutritional seminars for families. I love what I do. Helping a family either get through a bout of PPD or helping to prevent PPD is extremely rewarding in itself but in addition I am able to teach how to have a happy,healthy,lifestyle and that makes an even bigger difference in the future of the family.
