I have nine years experience in the mental health field, working with clients both individually and in groups. I have worked with all types of problems, from mild emotional distress to extreme mental illness. I have also worked with individuals who have substance abuse issues along with mental health issues.I have experience in conducting both long and short term therapy and I am committed to do the best I can for the welfare of each person who seeks me out for help.
