helpful advice

by Joane on Jun 23 2004
A great deal of the expert's answer was a repeat of information I had provided him in my question, although he did provide a basic answer to my main question. However, his answer did not provide input as to why a person's blood alcohol content from 8 pm would have registered all of the alcohol someone consumed over a 24 hour period as if he had drunk it all in only one hour.
