1. A year's rotational training in various medical departments after MBBS, i.e. Internal medicine, Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics
2. 6 months at a Govt hospital (Medical College, Kolkata; the oldest and the most renowned Medical College in Asia) as junior resident in chest medicine
3. 6 months at a non-govt tertiary care hospital(Vivekananda Inst of Medical sciences, Kolkata)as a junior resident in Pediatrics
4. 3 year's residency type rotational training in histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, clinical pathology(SCB Medical College, Cuttack, India; The most renowned college in the Indian state of Orissa)
5. Three years in a superspecialty tertiary care hospital(Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata, India) doing surgical pathology & hematology work
6. I participate in wide range of CME activities regarding diagnostics including pathology and molecular medicine organised by reputed authorities like, UNIVERSITY OF IOWA (USA), AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR CLINICAL PATHOLOGY, ARMED FORCES' INSTITUTE OF PATHOLOGY (USA)
7. 2 years as the HOD of hematopathology, histopathology and cytopathology at The Mission Hospital, Durgapur; a very well advanced lab set up
