1. A year's rotational training in various medical departments after MBBS, i.e. Internal medicine, Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics
2. 6 months at a Govt hospital (Medical College, Kolkata) as junior resident in chest medicine
3. 6 months at a non-govt tertiery care hospital as a junior resident in Pediatrics
4. 3 year's residency type rotational training in histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, clinical pathology
5. 3 years in a superspecialty tertiary care hospital doing surgical pathology & hematology work
6. I participate in wide range of CME activities regarding diagnostics including pathology and molecular medicine organised by reputed authorities like, UNIVERSITY OF IOWA (USA), AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR CLINICAL PATHOLOGY, ARMED FORCES' INSTITUTE OF PATHOLOGY (USA)
7. Presently, I head the histopathology and gastro intestinal pathology services at The Mission Hospital, Durgapur, a very advanced laboratory set up.
