Experience & Qualifications

As a therapist, scientist, and researcher, I have spent over 8 years studying major mental illness. I run several mental health websites, with comprehensive information about anxiety, OCD, and other disorders. I have published research articles in the area of psychometrics and assessment of mental disorders. I have treated patients in hospitals in Virginia and Montreal. I have taught courses at the University of Virginia and University of Pennsylvania. I have served on the board of directors of five non-profit organizations, including currently NAMI. I have written grants and received grant funding. Specialties include anxiety, OCD, and homosexuality fears.
