I write a recognized technical question and answer column, so this is my specialty. Plus I have access to a wide range of automotive service information (including Technical Service Bulletins) to help diagnosis and repair the car, truck or SUV you're working on. I'm well-read in many other facets of the auto industry, along with knowing the smart methods of dealing with auto repair shops.

I've written for regional, national and international publications including The Dallas Morning News, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Crain News Service and Motor Trend's Truck Trend Magazine.
