Karen Merriman is a solution-oriented, senior executive, and is strongly committed to the automotive industry. Karen has extensive experience on both wholesale and retail level in sales, customer service, and finance with over 25 years in the automotive business. Most recently she was with Porsche Cars of North America as General Manager for the Porsche Academy where she was recognized as a partner in, and strategic leader of, global cross-functional competency teams. While at Volvo Cars of North America she managed Volvo University with responsibility for the planning, direction, creation and execution of sales and service training programs. Her career includes finance and sales management positions at Oldsmobile, Saab, BMW and Volvo retail facilities. Both a strategist and a practitioner, Karen is able to respond quickly to the needs of her clients and their organizations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, California. She also holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University in Dallas, Texas.
