I started cooking when I was four years old,cooking has always been a passion of mine.Fourty Three yrs. experience in resturants,Hotels,Private Resorts & Country Clubs,Health Care,Dietician,& just good old home cooking.While at Hotels,Resorts,& Country Clubs I was a banquet chef for 18 yrs. I worked as a dietary corinator in Health care,taught handicaped children how to cook & be safe in a kitchen.I also learned alot of Secerets through out the years
