Experience & Qualifications |

With 13 years of experience in training horses, I've worked with a long list of personalities and temperaments, while also encountering more than a few of the evasions, resistances and fears that horses present through their training and careers. I have a background in Natural Horsemanship after working with a John Lyons certified trainer for several years. Following which I have studied both French and German methods of Dressage, along with a year apprenticeship with a Classical Dressage Master. For 5 years I managed and promoted a breeding operation that dealt with breeding mares, handling stallions, foaling, promoting, selling, showing, inspections, etc. I am also experienced in training "tricks" to horses, from bowing and laying down to rearing, bucking, kicking and more... I've shown and won in open and breed shows, local and national level, from English to Western classes, and some speed shows as well. Most importantly, I love what I do!
