I have 13 years experience as a construction project manager including 4 years building high end luxury residences in Jackson Wyoming. I have acted as an owners representative construction project manager controlling costs,time and quality on high end residential new construction projects. I am an expert on preparing punch lists and prepared the punch list on the Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I have been flown by a client out of state to do a punch list on an 18 million dollar luxury home in Belvedere, California. I currently own a property management business in Jackson Wyoming performing care-taking and property management of numerous homes with a cumulative value over 50 Million dollars.

I also consult on auto accident and homeowner insurance claims and can help you obtain the maximum settlement you are legally entitled to from your insurance company. I can walk you through the claims process, tell you what to say and not to say, answer your questions, explain coverages, protect your interests, etc. I have been in several auto accidents ( none my fault) where my car was a total loss and I was injured and I was able to settle these by playing hardball with the insurance company without hiring an attorney.
